6. Store collection available for UK based orders. Collection dates are Tuesday 1pm-5pm, Wednesday 1pm-5pm and Saturday 2-5pm.

Please note that some international orders incur extra costs at customs that you will be liable to pay. We advise that you check with your local customs office for further details. If you are resident of Norway and request your delivery to be sent here you will need to provide us with a VAT number if the delivery address is a business address or the customer’s ID number if the delivery address is a residential address. We require this information in order to send your parcel.

2021 EU UPDATE: To our customers within the European Union, please be aware that all orders entering European countries are now subject to custom, duty and handling charges which are payable by the customer. Please bear this in mind as it may significantly increase you order.

When you receive an order confirmation from us your purchase order is accepted and a purchase agreement is entered into. We encourage you to save the order confirmation for any future contact with us.

We will also not prepare the order for shipping until we have received full payment for the items.

Important Delivery Information

SA Studio orders are sent on weekdays except for bank holidays and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation of dispatch email including courier and tracking details (tracked and signed for shipping options only). The couriers will leave a calling card with their contact details if no-one is home to sign for the delivery. If you do not respond to the calling card the goods will be returned to our warehouse and a fee charged for re-delivery.
Our couriers deliver items to your front door at ground level. It is at their discretion, taking into account health and safety concerns, how much further assistance they provide in moving the items into your property.
Bespoke and personalised items- Made to order items will require an extended delivery service of up to 14 days for mainland U.K (longer for international and outside mainland U.K). This information will be highlighted on each product description.

Returns

Our aim is for all our customers to be completely happy with their purchases at SA Studio, but if you wish to return your item please follow the steps below. Our products can be returned within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

  1. Contact us at customerservice@sulimanallastudio.com to let us know you would like to return the item. Please state the reason for your return in your email along with your order number.

  3. Please ensure you check the item and that it is sent in its original packaging including tags & label, the product isn't used or damage and you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  4. Please ensure the item is packaged safely as we are unable to refund damaged items.

  5. Please note, we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene. However exceptions will be made if the earrings are unworn and we are contacted as soon as your order is received.

Customised items are non-refundable.

Returns Terms & Conditions


• Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
• The item must arrive in a fully re saleable condition. If the item arrives faulty we will not be able to refund the item.
• We recommend items are returned via recorded delivery as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit during shipping, both to and from Suliman Alla Studio.
• Unless Items are faulty on delivery, we cannot offer a refund for personalised or bespoke items.
• We cannot refund the initial delivery cost only the cost of the item.
• If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.

Damaged or Faulty Items

First and foremost, we would like to apologise for your faulty or damaged item. Please follow the steps below;


1. Please report any damaged or faulty items within seven days of delivery, including pictures of the faulty/damaged items to customerservice@sulimanallastudio.com.
3. We will then discuss details of sending out either a replacement item or initiate a refund.
4. Please ensure you do not return the faulty item until you have contacted us. We will be not be able to reimburse your postage costs without full notification.
Please note, If, for any reason, the goods arrive in damaged packaging please do not sign the delivery note that states you have received the goods in a satisfactory condition and do not take delivery off them. This does not affect your statutory rights.
